Update Feb 20> Decided that it could be thinner ( now 10mm was 12mm) and removed some material to make it lighter and reduce printing time. LMU and belt clamp remain the same as does the layout geometry
Designed to be printed on a 180 X 180 bed ( in 2 parts- It will actually fit on 160 mm X 110 mm)
and to allow full 200mm Y travel on a Prusa air 2 with LMU8 linear bearings.
Depending on your printer you may need to drill some holes in the heated bed.
Printed in PLA with 2 perimeters and at 60% fill
Needs the following hardware :-
M3 X 35mm Allen head bolt - 2 pcs ( center joint)
M3 X 35mm Allen head bolt - 4 pcs ( stand offs for heated bed)
M3 X 25mm Allen head bolt - 8 pcs ( linear bearing clamps)
M3 X 25mm Allen head bolt - 4 pcs ( timing belt clamps)
M3 nyloc nut -18 pcs
M3 plain washer - 36 pcs
