XY Combined steps per mm and compensation tool

I wanted to calibrate the XY compensation in slic3r for fitting holes. After i calibrated the XY compensation using this https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:633582 I realized that the outer dimension was too small. To fix this I needed to calibrate X and Y steps per mm but this would mess with the XY compensation.
So created this object to fine tune my steps per mm in the XY-plane and the XY compensation in slic3r in one go.
The outer measurements are 100 mm each, the center hole has a diameter of 8 mm, the four holes in the arm are 3mm in diameter.
