I decided to use XT60 connectors on power supply lead on my 3d printer. I designed a cover for female connector and male connector panel mount.
I mistakenly named files. XT60_Male is actually female connector cover, while XT60_Female1 and 2 are for male connector mount.
Assembly is pretty simple. For Female connector just solder wires and click the cover. For Male - solder wires, click the connector to inner part, mount both parts to your panel and screw them with M3 screws. Please note, that once you assemble connectors you can't disassemble it without breaking printed parts. At least I could not :)
It appears that my printed parts (on the photos) do not fully cover holes in the panel. Moreover screws do not allow female connector to be fully inserted into male one. I fixed models so that they have a little larger circle hole covers and a little farther screw holes. I fixed this in STL files, but have not had a chance to re-print models yet.
I am also including Solidworks projects so that you can adjust models if needed.
UPD: I re-printed covers and added new photos of the result. Photos match models now
