Since Rob is lax in actually naming his characters, these all come from the unofficial "Explain xkcd" website. When printing, I would recommend turning on supports "touching baseplate only", since the slides are small enough that they can print without interior support. You can switch reels when printing to get the right colors, or you could just print the whole things in white and color the characters in with a Sharpie.
