Toranado Extruder X-Carriage for 10mm guide rods, includes integrated belt tensioner.

Uses (2) LMU10 (10x19x29mm) and (1) LM10LUU (10x29x45mm) linear bearings.
NOTE this is intended for use with thick Steel corded 1.75mm thick GT2 belting (it is thicker than standard GT2 belt material). Should be possible to use these parts with std GT2 belting, by shimming the belt. The thicker 1.75m thick GT2 belt with steel cording requires running very high belt tension, your entire X-Carriage system must be designed to handle those loads and accommodate this thicker belt..... the benefit of this steel corded belt is dramatically reduced oscillation of print nozzle during high accelerations (improved print quality).
Design has been fully tested in PETG material ... using for several months now. Be careful to not over tighten the bearing clamp screws. Print using settings to maximize layer strength, and use a high infill percent (50 to 70%). All hardware is M3 screws / nuts.
