Updates:
2018-05-29 - Updated Slide-Box to v3.
2018-04-10 - Added Paddle-v2.stl.
has a sweep of 90° whereas Paddle-v1 is 100°
sits 5mm further back, gives more distance between rim and paddle. Did this after observations watching Rally Corsica :)
has 4 mini cylinders of 3mm diameter to hold compression springs. I find that inserting springs help the feel of the shift. The springs are pretty weak springs. I noticed Thierry Neuville shifting with just his little finger on road sections.
2018-04-02 - Made a detachable version. Recommend to use this so you can remove the paddle, eg. so that you can use steering wheels with paddle shifters to drive GT or F1 cars. The files Slide-Base.stl and Slide-Box.stl replaces Box.stl
I made https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2813974 which works fine for my Thrustmaster T500RS steering wheel but it doesn't fit the other Thrustmaster wheels. It looks like the T500RS which has a static paddle system is the odd one out.
So, this is my attempt to create a solution for the Thrustmaster steering wheels from T500RS onwards such as the Thrustmaster TX, T300, TS-XW, TMX, TS-PC, T150, TX 458. No idea if I am successful, so if you do try this out, please let me know. I guess the main concern is the inner diameter of the outer ring. I set it to 137.5 mm. Hopefully, that's enough.

Items Required:
2 x 12mm Momentary Push Button Round Switch
1 x M6 x 50mm screw
1 x M6 lock nut
4 x M3 x 14mm screw and nut (I'm using 6 x M3 x 16mm). Maybe 12mm is enough.
some wire
USB controller (optional). I wire mine up to the steering wheel's existing connections.
