Ready for trial build

Need to cut or get cut aliminium plate
Alignment jig added, print 2 use the gantry itself to align second rial.

Full 3d printed trial fit including T8 leadscrew.
Spacing of T8 block needs to be increased to 30mm (from 4mm).
2 x 50mm M5 hex bolts or button hex bolts
2 x 1mm precision 5mm shims/washers
2 x 20mm alloy spacers
2 x 9mm alloy spacers
(or any combo to get to 30mm)
Stepper motor
Here we fit a total of four 8mm bearings to improve thrust and stretch the T8 much like the tingle system.
4 x 60mm Hex bolts
4 x 40mm alloy spacers (existing)
4 x 9mm allow spacers
4 x 8mm bearings (2 x existing)
4 x 8mm bearings spacer washers (2 x existing)
4 x 8mm locknuts (2 x existing)
Length of Z alloy C beam
This will depend on your preference but we need at least 400mm (over the std 320mm) to allow for the extra space consumed by the HGR15 carriages. If we allow for taller Y end plates then 450mm or even 500mm is a better idea.

basic Trial fit went well, seems OK. need to get cut for real.

The original front X plate has to be spaced out to clear for the 30mm M5 hex button Bolts as the old 25mm low profile bolts will not fit now. (not needed if you can find 30mm low profile hex bolts)

The original is a 1mm precision washer and a 3mm spacer x 2
The new distance is 30mm.

Trial fit didnt go well, 6 x 6mm bolts obscured, moved 4 outboard 6mm and hence 2 new plates needed.

Updated mk2 plates and HGR15 to C Beam alignment jig. Best printed in something rigid like PLA for best alignment (PLA+, PETG flexes, ABS is not accurate as its shrinks)

Z plate in 10mm to replace wheel assembly for Z with HGR15 linear rails. please not this has not been even test assembled yet so will probably need mods. Check back later.
