Solid workbench with no wobbles, exactly as I built mine. Building the frame upside down on the tabletop is easiest, that way the tabletop provides a square flat surface to construct the frame on. Use 100x5mm buglehead batten screws for the main frame, make them slightly offset or angled so you don't hit the screws going in from the other frame into each leg. Flip the frame upright then use a minimum length of 45mm countersunk screws to secure the table top and the plywood shelf. You can adapt the lengths and widths and height to suit your particular situation, but if you follow this basic design, you'll have a great solid bench.
