Quick and Dirty container for mailing seeds.
25x25x5mm Should weigh around 2g printed.
Tray prints flat, Case upright (I use a skirt - YMMV) When you assemble, note there's a flange on the tray - to make it easier to open.
0.10mm clearance all around on the tray to case. 0.4mm walls all around So should be relatively quick print. Tray of 50 fits easy on my cr10, print time of 4 hours and 104g of material,
-Edit- V2 files added, did a test print on an uncalibrated/worn printer, found tolerances were too tight to slide together nicely (ringing in corners was more than .10) So if your printer is well calibrated, try the original. If not - try V2 files.
Goal was something like the centrifuge vials, but without the annoying issues keeping the lid closed in transit. With a bit more capacity.
Let me know if you test drive one and if it survives the USPS rollers.
