I found that some of the parts did not fit correctly. In addition the axles and primary drive shaft had too much end float. I have re-drawn the axles, primary drive shaft and layshafts so that the fit correctly. I have also drawn spacers for the shafts to reduce the end float. Finally I have written assembly instructions. I hope that this helps everyone successfully make this great toy.
