This is my complete Wilson II cable management system. Will work on other 2020 frame printers and adaptable to other printers.
Note: This will loose aprox 15mm of Z axis height.
My Wilson II is 50mm wider and 50mm Higher than the STD Wilson design.http://community.reprapwilson3d.com/t/wilson-ii-plus-50/403/2
The chain is dragchain by TuxSoft, done in a customizer http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:915487
UPDATED: the holes in the X_motor_Nema_17_Wilson_Cable_Chain.stl where to large, this has been fixed.
UpDated; few extra holes on the X axis for cable ties
Added other number link files for the 8x10 and 8x20 chain links.
I use 2 x M3 cap head screws to join the X_motor_Nema_17_Wilson_Cable_Chain and Z_X_carriage_cable_chain_bracket together. I just screwed then straight into the holes as is. I used 1 self taper into the X motor ust drilled a small hole and screwed a very short srew in to hold it.
For the Y carriage I just drilled 2 holes off the part and used a zip tie. The hole is 2.5mm
Added 2018: cable_chain_brackets_step.zip STEP files
My Printer I'm using
21 8x20 links for Z
24 8x10 links for X
22 8x10 links for Y
