Wii Controller Extension for GameCube controllers by danallen

Hi everyone! This model was created due to the frustration of short controller lengths along with a high positioned console. So with really inexpensive controller extension cables, I was able to add ~6 feet with a tidy controller hub. This is an easy print, and it should have good tolerances with a standard printer. It uses common self tapping screws to clamp down the ports. Use 3-4 perimeters (shells) to increase the strength of the screw holes. If you find yourself unable to get the tolerances right, try scaling up or down by 1-2% depending on the disparity.

Otherwise feel free to access the open-sourced design on OnShape. An awesome Cloud CAD system. https://cad.onshape.com/documents/cc264b1a0087ecf362239508/w/7f12d079771a2b738588dbf6/e/f7fe79b822601fb4aa19ed22
Happy printing!
Some afterthoughts. It took me 3 attempts to get the male end properly aligned so that the clamps are tight, and it inserts into the 4 ports perfectly. The hub (female end) happened to be a perfect fit the first print. So I'm sorry if it might not have the tolerance on your first print.
