Whistle Mountain Insert
Awesome Game with lots of fiddly bits, needed to be tamed.
Built to be stored both vertically and flat. Passed a vigorous shake test with flying colors
This game will fit sleeved cards - will fit Fantasy Flight Supply
There are two versions of this insert
Version 1 - comes with a single, full sized resource tray and a single full sized VP holder tray (as shown in pics)
If you want this version print;
WM-RsrceTrayFul
WM-VPTrayFul
Version 2 - comes with half height resource trays (intended to be printed twice) and with half height VP Holder Trays (intended to be printed twice). This version allows for better distribution and access to the VP tiles and Resources.
There are no actual pictures of the half height versions - only the digital representations are provided.
If you want this version print;
WM-RsrceTrayHlf
WM-VPTrayHlf
You will need to print 4 player trays (4 x 'WM-PlyrTray').
There were a couple of small alterations from the real pics that I have provided.
a) The scaffold tile tray now allows for access to the tiles on both sides of the tray.
b) I raised the starting level of the small machine tiles to be even with the other machine tiles because I have OCD...
There are no actual pictures of the updated Scaffold Tray and Machine Tile Tray - only the digital representations are provided.
I really liked the way this insert turned out, I would love to hear your opinions.
SPECIAL NOTE - The brown water tile holders that come with the game fit into the slots on the side of the VP Tile tray. It might not be obvious from the pictures.
If you have any questions please feel free to drop me a line.
I printed this on an Ender 5 Plus, if you have a smaller print bed then please follow the following instructions.
Smaller Printers
If you have a printer with print bed smaller than 230mm x 230mm then you will likely need to use the smaller files that I recently added.
I have added versions of the Resource Tray and the VP Tray which break each of these trays into 2 parts.
The resource tray for smaller print beds is made up of one part/file that holds 2 resources (WM-RsrcTrHlfSm2 - print this file twice) while the other file/part holds 3 resources(WM-RsrcTrHlfSm3 - print this file twice).
The VP trays for smaller print beds has been divided into 2 parts/files. One part/file only holds the 1 VP tokens (WM-VPTrHlfSm1 – print this file twice). The 2nd part/file holds the remaining 3 VP tokens (WM-VPTrHlfSm3 – print this file twice)
Please note that I have not test printed these files.
I have included the half height smaller files as well the full height version. If you print using the half height version you will need to print 2 of each of the files;
WM-RsrcTrHlfSm2 – print this file twice
WM-RsrcTrHlfSm3 – print this file twice
WM-VPTrHlfSm1 – print this file twice
WM-VPTrHlfSm3 – print this file twice
If you print the full height versions then you will only need to print each of the following files once;
WM-RsrcTrLrgSm2
WM-RsrcTrLrgSm3
WM-VpTrLrgSm1
WM-VpTrLrgSm3
Once you decide which type(s) of VP and Recource Tiles you want to print then you will need to print the following STL Files in the following quantities;
WM-AwrdTray x 1
WM-CrdTray x 1
WM-MchnTiles x 1
WM-PlyrTray x 4 ( 1 for each player)
WM-ScfldTiles x 1
WM-StrtTiles x 1
WM-UpgdTray x 1
