This is a dock I made for my external hard drive. I also added a slot for a 4 port USB 3.0 hub. Other hubs may work but the one I am using is: [Link to Amazon]
The area where the HDD docks has a small hole to allow a right angle USB 3 B Micro cable. The area to the left of the USB hub has enough room to route the built in cable.
EDIT:
I have updated the design to fix some issues that Bartleby pointed out.One of the problems was that the hole for the HDD USB was over by 4mm. I moved that and added supports to hold the HDD. Hopefully everything should be in line now. I also changed the file type. The new file type is a ASCII STL file with millimeters as the units.
