This adds a post to the knurled bolt from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1460364 to hold my change plates that are 250g each. I add a stop so they won't accidentally slide off. For the nut, just print the knurling nut from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1460364

I suggest at least a 50% infill for structural rigidity and printing with the round stop on the bed allows for printing without an support, provided proper bed adhesion.
