It was printed to a scale of 60%.
Two very cheap small steppermotors (24BYJ) take care of rotation along two axes.
To attach the arm, you need a drop of glue or use a short connecting pin.
This thing is just a base. Use your imagination and place it in a creepy Halloween like environment. Power supply is 5 volt or three AA(A) batteries.
