waterproof barrel, used in kayaking and other (wet)sports.
Thing is intended as scale accessoire on RC vehicles or dioramas. It will float when glued properly, but no garanties ;)
STL-file hold a 2-piece version to avoid supports (on the inside, hard to remove). you'll have to glue both parts, as well as the lit.
A 1-piece version can be found in the .DWG (acad 2004)
