This design is inspired by few articles that addressed the need of drinking fountain in modern cities. By incorporating the coating from NBD Nano, the drinking fountain combines the directional sign and save even more water consumption as well as reducing the energy consumption for producing bottle and plastic wastes.
However, this drinking fountain can store water generated from atmosphere and still has the connection to tap water. This means when the water runs out in the fountain, the valve will automatically change the water source to tap water and still provides drinkable water.
The design is very accessible that allows people to drink or fill out their water bottle easily. The height of bubbler is yet great for disabilities to enjoy the water while they are on wheelchair. It is simple and slimly pretty that can be installed anywhere in city street, park, and even in the places where clean water is hard to access.
