Based on 19 mm diameter plastic snow pole common here in Sweden.

Update: they now do have an online store.
To make it durable use a 15 mm diameter wooden dowel rod of the same length as the snow pole and a 8 mm glasfiber rod as a crossbar.

parts to be printed:
Schilt, grip, pommel, tip and endcaps for the crossbar.
Use wood screws to fasten everything in place.
