Washable vacuum cleaner filter frame for Bissell 47R5-1 handheld (replaces 97D5 filter)

This is a filter frame for my handheld vacuum cleaner Bissell 47R51. I'm using the cleaner with some sawdust coming from a CNC machine, and the paper filter gets clogged. Replacing filters gets expensive -- I wanted one that I could wash out and re-use.
Note that this design isn't an exact copy of the Bissell 97D5 filter (it leaves out a couple of tabs), so I can't say how it will fit in other models.
I know the vacuum cleaner company will be disturbed that I won't be buying any more filters, but that's why I got a 3-D printer, right?
