I was tired of the flex generated on the thin metal Y axis motor mount when belt tension was applied.
The rear Y axis motor mount bends and this spacer/plate stops the motor from bending inward when tension is made to the shaft.
Probably the simplest mod around, best bang for the filament, saves wear on bed bearings as well. Requires no new hardware - just bolt it on for better print results.
Remove the mount, remove the motor, place spacer plate in place, attach the motor to the mount, attach the mount to the frame.
This was made for the Monoprice Maker Select V2, which should work with any of the Wanhao Variants.
**Added additional file for people with the 40mm width motor, the original one is for the 34mm width motor - Enjoy!
