This plate can be milled much thicker than the original plate; I used 3/16" (almost 5mm) thick 6061 aluminum and got good results, while still being able to move it with the original motor. The triangles are for mass reduction, and the rectangle for balance (since there are two SC8UU blocks on that side). M4 holes are oversize as on original, to allow for some error in rod spacing.
This plate supports 3-point leveling, and the screws clear the frame as placed. I can't do 3-point leveling on the front/rear edges without modifying the frame.
