A remix combination of polysquare's 120mm fan mount adapter that "lets you mount a 120mm fan to the back of the control box / PSU of Wanhao Duplicator i3 (Monoprice Maker Select V2)" combined with Taxus812's MOSFETpad for the HA210N06 Mosfet Breakout Board with the screw holes enlarged to 3mm.

To mount the MOSFET you will need a very small screwdriver or a right-angle driver. I used a bit that is normally mounted in a drill. It was small enough to easily fit in the case and easy turn by hand. Or, you could remix with holes in the top to allow better access to the MSFET mounting screws.
