I didn't like getting out the driver when I wanted to fine tune the Z height, so I incorporated a thumbwheel into thatch's previous design. You can hold the screw top with your fingers and turn the wheel for a pretty fine adjustment. This uses all the same hardware that he was using.
Also, if you wanted, you could just print the wheel and use his housing if you have a hex head bolt.
