These parts will retrofit the Wanhao Duplicator's control box with a the Duet Wifi board. The design allows access to the board's ports and switches and provides directed cooling via a radial fan. This design also replaces the original control box screen with a stand for a tablet or phone that can be used to interact with the machine.
BOM
(2) M4 x 20 cap screw
(2) M4 Nuts
(2) M3 x 5 cap screw
(2) M3 nuts
(4) M3 x 8 cap screw
Duct brand Double sided adhesive tape
(1) Radial Fan
(1) Zip Tie
(1) Back Plate
(1) Duet Wifi Adapter Plate
(1) Front Plate
The remaining screws needed are reused from the machine
The M4 screw and nuts are used to secure the radial fan into place on the Back Plate. The M3 X 8 Nuts are used to secure the Duet board to the Adapter Plate (The spacers from the old melzi board are also used). The M3 x 5 cap screws and nuts are used to secure the power plug. The zip tie is intended to secure the cables leading from the machine to the control box to the boss. This prevents pulling on the cable connections on the board.
The Double Sided tape helps secure the adapter to the box.
