We recently switched our phone system at work and are using Cisco 8945 desk phones. Unforunately, Cisco does not make a wall mount bracket for these and there is no mount available from a 3rd party either. Since there is no "official" bracket available, I designed one that can be 3D printed.
This mounting bracket is designed to use the existing slots in the back of the phone used by the "kickstand." I initially designed it in one piece, but realized it prints better in 2 pieces. Print the left and right STLs with support enabled in Slic3r. All our brackets so far have been done in PLA, but ABS is probably a better material in this application since it's not as brittle. Once you snap on the bracket, it can be difficult to remove without breaking the small tab.
Being fully supported using small plastic tabs, this bracket is certainly not up to a lot of abuse. It will likely not hold up to use in a high-volume, high-traffic area.
17 December 2013 update: I realized the mounting plate could use some reinforcement so I made a version with some beefy gussets between the mounting plate and the supports. It's available as a single stl file for both sides. Feel free to use the original un-reinforced version or the new reinforced version.
16 September 2014 update: After almost a year in service, we've had a few broken brackets so I made a new version with a thicker base, thicker reinforcing gussets and additional mounting holes. I also made a small test piece to to check the fit of the tabs before you print the entire bracket. That way, if it's a little too big or too small, you can scale the size up or down in your slicer. Any required scaling should be very small and should not affect the overall size.
