This wall mounted Siva logo lamp is my contribution to Season of the Plague. For more information on the fan project and a ton of amazing siva themed stuff visit the official Season of the Plague twitter account: https://twitter.com/SeasonThePlague
What you need to make your own lamp:
A good amount of black filament for the front and back shell
Some transparent red filament for the diffusor
One of these battery powered LED strips: https://www.amazon.de/dp/B08FDTF88D/ref=cm_sw_r_tw_dp_Z4M1CTPGGB24K7EFJWCX
Aluminium foil or reflective tape
Glue or tape of your choice
Two (at least) 50mm long Nails with a head diameter of less than 9mm
How to print the parts:
Diffusor
Rotate the model in your slicer so it is flat against the print surface and print it solid
Front shell
Rotate so the logo is facing the print surface and print solid as well
Back shell
Rotate so the holes for the nails are facing the print surface and print with about 10% infill
This model does not need any supports, bridging is your friend here!
Assembly:
With the glue/tape of your choice stick the diffusor to the back of the front shell
Stick a good amount of aluminium foil or reflective tape to the top side of the back shell to reflect the light from the LEDs
Guide the LED strip through the hole in the back shell and stick it to the top side wall in a circle
Stick the LED strip's battery pack to the wall-facing side of the back shell
Slide the front shell over the back shell
Notes:
The holes for the nails are 90mm apart
When putting the nails into your wall, make sure to let them stick out a bit so you can use the push button on the battery pack to turn the lamp on or off by pressing the whole thing against the wall a little
