I increased the size of the slot for the USB plug to pass through the holder since the OG Vive setup uses the USB port that normally powers the fan on the Vive Pro. The fan will mount the same as on the Vive Pro with the exception the USB power for the fan should be routed to the front of the headset and plugged in the extra USB port there.
