You will need for 15mm trunnion feet, cut to 33cm for a seat at 35cm from the ground.
The tray chosen here is 8mm plywood and 30cm diameter.

6 4mm diameter wood screws will be required to secure the legs
4 flat head bolts 8 and brake nuts will be required to secure the tray to the screw.
