Villainous Custom Tray for sleeved cards core box + expansion box lasercut

Custom tray inserts for both the core box and any expansion box. can be used to fit everything in the origional boxes when cards are sleeved.
Cut out of 4mm MDF. fits together nicely but glued the sides together.
Sleeves used in the pictures are Dragon Shield Clear Matte
Core box:
Unable to fit in the power token tray in any way so it's left out.
When closing the box, I layed down some of the figurines because when standing up, some of them reach over the 6cm height of the box. There's enough space to fit them all in without them poking into the lid of the box.
Cards are placed diagonally because otherwise they would exceed the 6 cm height of the box.
Expansion box:
All expansion boxes are the same size so it can be used for any of them
Villain player boards and villain guides are to be placed under the tray, hence why it's levitated 1 cm.
Because of the levitation, the cards now stand very diagonal so they won't exceed the 6 cm height of the box.
Card trays are rather wide because I wanted to fit the player boards under them, might fix this in the future.
Same problems with the figurines as the core box. lay them down in the leftover space in the box so they fit in when putting the lid on the box.
