Victorian Four-Plex

This is a model of a set of four-plex buildings located at 1668 Tremont Street, 2433-2435 Bloom Street, and 2437-2439 Bloom Street in the South Fairmount neighborhood of Cincinnati, Ohio. Constructed in the late 1800s, the buildings have four interior apartment units, two on each of the above-ground floors. There are several such buildings around the city. Today, the Tremont Street building that two of the models are based on is one of the better-kept buildings in the neighborhood, which has been in decline since the Great Depression and hasn't seen any major development since the mid-20th Century.
