This is the stock Vespa Cosa mudflap for the stock mudguard.
You can print it using flexible PLA (black preferred) or use regular PLA and dip it in very hot water and quickly shape it to the contour of the mudguard.
Easier if the tyre/tire isn't in the way. May need a little trimming/shaping.
