Made a wall mount for my 27" monitor to get it really close to the wall. It can rotate, but that's it. To make sure the tilt was correct I used washers under the monitor bolts. The bolts I used were 4 pieces of 16mm long and 4mm diameter bolts, but it might depend on the monitor. For the wall 4.5mm wood screws with 90 degree head wiil work and make sure they are long enough and that there is solid material you can screw into. To clamp the two pieces together I used an 8mm coach bolt or a carriage bolt with a square neck and a washer and a nut to clamp it all together.
The space between ribs is pretty tight so you can tighten the bolt and clamp the pieces together to make it stiffer so it doesn't rotate so easily.
My monitor is pretty light at 3kg, and I printed it at 60% infill to give it some strength and so far all good.
I also included the Fusion 360 file. I made it with custom parameters at 75mm so you can change it to whatever size squared you need and it should update to it, that's how I got the 100mm version.
I remade it from the version I printed, but haven't tested this version, so hopefully it works and fits together nicely. I also made the wall part screw holes as slots so you can screw it to the wall as square as possible but if you need to adjust it you can do it without rescrewing it, just loosen the screws, adjust it and tighten them back, but I haven't tested how good that adjustment works.
I'm not responsible if your monitor comes crashing down from the wall, decide on your own if the print will hold up to your usage.
