There are some nice Raspberry Pi cases that will allow you to mount your RPi directly to a VESA mount on the back of a monitor or TV, but if you're like me, you have a RPi in an existing case, which you'd like to mount/dismount to the screen occasionally.
This design will allow you to do that. If you want to pop the RPi (in its case) off the monitor to work on for a while, you can, then pop it back on again, without having to play with screws.
The RPi will stand-away from the bracket and the monitor/TV a bit for air-circulation.
So the requirement is that your RPi case has screw-hanger holes at 40mm spacing. Both the RPI's in cases I have have the same spacing, so I'm guessing many other cases are the same.
You print this item, screw two small #6 round-head, or pan-head screws in the centre area, and mount the frame to the VESA holes in your monitor. Adjust the two centre screws until your case snugly grabs on, and you're all set.
Still a work in progress. A bit simplistic for now - expect a few tweaks as time allows. I can imagine a few cable tie-down spots, or clips at some point.
