This is a plaque stand. Included is a OpenSCAD file so you can change the exact dimensions to match your needs. The 7 parameters you can modify are:

2.) Front Lip (height, relative to base)
3.) Back Support (height, relative to base)

5.) Plaque Width (you are trying to hold up)
6.) Thickness of base, lip, and support
7.) Degrees of Incline
