With this part you can add two e3d v6 hotends to your vertex k8400, and adjust the height of the second hotend. I used it for my printer since the two hotends I own (a genuine and a fake e3d v6) don't have the same height.
This might also work for a combination of a volcano and a v6, although I haven't tested that yet.
You need to add two normal m3 nuts, the rest of the nuts and bolts should be included in the spare parts of the vertex.
After printing, you can slide the parts together and install it. You can then adjust the second hotend's hieght and clamp it with the bolts.
