Its a bracket for the BLtouch sensor, which uses 3 M3x32 screws and nuts to vary the height from the bed.
Insert 3 m3 nuts into top on main bracket
Put the support under the bltouch screw mount, springs between the bltouch and main bracket.
Thread screws though holes in support, through the springs into nuts.
Then it can be varied in height by winding the screws.
