This model is a Vape that I built. It has a 75w Topbox Mini Driver and 2 x 18650 lipo cells in parallel for a 4.2v system. I have also added a juice pump.
It holds a whole day's worth of power and 2 days worth of juice. I decided to solder the battery's in and use the builtin USB to charge overnight(8 hours). Keep the cells removable for a fast external charge.
The lid has to be glued on after the circuit board is installed and wiring has been connected. Then glue the face on after you make sure the buttons move freely. I have printed and assembled this model 4 times with changes and improvements every time. V3 servived a week but was printed quite light. I printed this version V4(final) with 4 external shells 5 top layers and 5 bottom layers with 50% infill in PETG. Printed at 0.1 resolution. It is dense and strong.
This project was a design lesson and I was learning about adding doors, buttons, sliding battery doors and sliding circuit board mounting. All in all the tolerances is quite tight and a fair bit of finishing was required but that was my purpose. To get a amazingly smooth finish and tight fitting and strong moving parts for every day use rather than just printing trinkets and toys.
Finding the 510 connection and atomizer to suit may be hard. I drilled out a RDA attomizer from Fasttech.com and also drilled a standard 510 connection I had lying around. Better look for a brass centre screw and not stainles. You will have to DIY this part but if you have a bunch of 510's and cheap RDA's laying around like me you should be able to come yp with something.

With the bottle and hose again DIY. I used a little food coloring bottle I found in the wifes cupboard. 10ml is too big and 5ml too small. you are looking for about 7ml
