VALVE INDEX PRESCRIPTION LENS ADAPTER

Prescription lens adaptor for the Valve Index for those who may have previously made Oculus Rift CV1 Prescription Lens Adapter by jegstad. It's designed to take standard single vision lenses for Zenni #550021 frame.
The lenses hold okay, sometimes if you tilt too far back they can fall out. Maybe a light touch of superglue would fix that (don't ruin the lenses) a small piece of tape would hold it too. I would keep messing around with this but I sold my Index so I can't add to this Thing without testing it. This only happened a couple of times of prolonged use.

IPD when you order your lenses:
1) Go to CV1 headset and manually adjust until you get your IPD using the RIFT IPD adjustment or Rift S users: use your measured IPD.
2) Quest users: use IPD 65mm to align with the optical centers of the headset lenses. You can then use the physical IPD adjustment on the headset to change the IPD.
