VAG 3197 crank lock tool for use on the D11 Audi V8 and UrS4 with ABH

Of course, a printed part will not stand up to the stress unless you are using some very exotic print techniques, but please feel free to use the model or drawing to create your own tool.
The associated VAG 3199 Cam lock tool, however, is not subjected to significant stress in use, and can be printed successfully with the right filament. Just be sure to use a separate tool to hold the cam gear when tightening/loosing the cam bolts.
