These clamps attach to the side of V-Slot extruded aluminum linear rail allowing 12 mm (1/2") plywood to be clamped to a 1/2" MDF wasteboard base of a CNC router machine such as the OpenBuilds Lead Machine. Several clamps are presented reaching from 30 to 107 mm away from the center of the V-slot rail. Each clamp requires a M5 x 55 mm machine screw, a M5 nylock nut, a washer and a drop in T-Nut. The clamps also require 21 mm clearance between the edge of the linear rail and the CNC Y carriage. When made of PTEG or ABS plastic they are are sufficiently durable to be used repeatedly.
