Same basic V slot cover for aluminum extrusion on Ender 3 or 3018 CNC (as well as many other applications) as many others have created beefed up "wings" so they can be printed with the flat side down without leading to them snapping when you press them into the slots. Hollow on the inside so you can hide wires behind them, or just use them to keep dust/debris out of the slots.
