I purchased https://www.lowes.com/pd/Utilitech-45-Watt-Equivalent-Bronze-Dimmable-LED-Recessed-Retrofit-Downlight-Fits-Housing-Diameter-3-in/1000266493 and since the LED was not recessed far enough the light was too bright. Using PETG transparent filament at 85% fill with this model I was able to defuse the light to a point that I did not see spots after looking in the room with these.
