Updated my old design to be screw to wall. After 2 years I tried moving my original that was double sided sticky and was a mess of sticky to clean up. I would rather patch tiny drill holes than have to clean up sticky residue so I added little tabs on the side to screw the holder to a wall. Hole for tabs is sized for 4-40 screws.
FreeCAD file included so you can update the spreadsheet to resize to your hubs that have a power cord on the bottom middle.
