The folding chess board from neobobkrause is very good - a really nice set printable on almost any sized printer.
However unfortunately the 35mm (and possibly other sizes) version has an error in the joint - the gaps are in the wrong place for it to function correctly.
Here's an updated joint to use instead of 35mmSquare3SlotFM, with the gaps for the bubblejoint in the correct place to allow the set to be folded up.
