I made these to be light weight and to clear knuckle weights on my trail class 1.9" rig. I made mine out of pla and they have held up just fine. they will not work with slw hubs since i made the bolt pattern wider but I will have the hubs uploaded also. They bolt together using 9 12mm long m3 screws for each wheel. Im running crawler innovations foams in mine so it should be the right size for just about any setup.
UPDATE: made a beadlock ring that can fit on a slw hub.
UPDATE 2: I first made them out of PLA and they ended up lasting for about 9 months before the plastic started to deform. I am now useing PETG and they are even stronger since PETG is tougher and a little flexible.
UPDATE 3: Made a few different faces. one is a solid face with built in hub for durability and also works on Dlux knuckles. second face is a scale wheel face with a cover for the nut. the cover was made to work on a 10.2 with stock wheel nuts. not sure if different brand nuts will prevent the cover from going on all the way. the outer holes are for some M3x6mm screws for looks. also have a newer stronger hub i made. they are so strong i havent broken one yet on my sporty beating the hell out of it.
