This mask build is a bit more complex than my previous 2 designs. Although it may be possible to use an FDM printer for this project I recommend using a 3D resin printer. The one in the video is printed on a Form 3 but probably could be printed on entry level machines as well. In order for the mold to function properly the surface needs to be VERY smooth. Also, none of the parts are designed to print flat on a print bed, everything requires supports.
IMPORTANT: This mask has not been evaluated by an independent testing laboratory. I can make no claims as to its safe or reliable function. If you make one and wear it, you will be doing so at your own risk! The filter used in this design is a 3M brand filter. 3M corporation in no way endorses this product! I do not claim that this 3M filter retains it’s N95 particulate filtration while in use in this device.

The new files "MaskRubber-ForModsOnly" will allow you to directly print the rubber component and modify the rubber component for your personal use. If the seal is to be injected, the mold would need to be redesigned if any changes are made to the shape.
