Unification flag of Korea

The flag of Korean unification is the flag used by North Korea and South Korea when they jointly participate in a sporting event. The flag was first waved in 1991 at the forty-first table tennis world championship held in Chiba, Japan, and at the sixth world youth soccer championship held in Lisbon. She was present during the opening of four Olympic Games: Sydney 2000, Athens 2004, Turin 2006 and Pyeongchang 2018. On these occasions two athletes representing the two parts of the peninsula brought her together. #flag #Korea
