UM2 - X & Y axle rod support - OpenSCAD source by _CrazyBob_

When printing complex models which took quite long to print, my Ultimaker 2 rods for the X & Y axles shifted causing the X / Y stop to fail to detect the position.
This has now been solved by a simple clip which keeps the rod in place.
Might also work for other printers, the OpenSCAD source has been included.
