This is a true carbon fiber tent peg. No frills, simple and effective tent stake that weighs in at 5 grams. For all you ultralight backpackers, that means a set of 6 is just over 1 oz! The stake parts are designed to fit a common carbon fiber arrow shaft (6 mm id 7.5 mm od carbon fiber tube). I use these little stakes to pitch my hammock rain fly but you can use them for any ground cloth or tent or tarp shelter. Swing by your local archery range for some trash arrow shafts an they are almost free.
